From September 15 to 21, I was in Italy. During this week, I had the opportunity to visit Rome and Naples. This trip was very special to me because I had wanted to visit Italy for a long time, and travelling there with my family and friends was a wonderful experience.

In Rome, I visited the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums, the museum dedicated to Victor Emmanuel II, and many other beautiful places. I was amazed by the beauty, architecture, and history of Rome. What impressed me the most was the contrast between the ancient and historical parts of the city and the modern and glamorous atmosphere of the city centre. I especially enjoyed visiting St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel.

After that, we travelled to Naples. To be honest, Naples has a completely different atmosphere from Rome. I personally liked Rome much more, but Naples also has many interesting and beautiful places to offer. In Naples, we visited Pompeii, walked through the narrow streets of the city, enjoyed the sea, and went shopping in local stores.

I absolutely loved my trip to Italy, and I am sure that I will return there one day to explore other cities. These seven days were truly unforgettable, and I hope to visit Europe many more times in the future!
