Today we went on a trip to Kond. Kond is one of the Yerevan’s oldest districts. The word “Kond” means “long hill” in Armenian. This is not typical European old town with beautiful and high buildings. All the streets in Kond are narrow, the buildings are very small and half-destroyed. We walked, talked to the residents and heard interesting stories about Kond.

I would like Kond to be rebuilt so that residents can continue to live in their own homes.
